Start Your Engines!

You fuel your car with gas. On an average hourly drive you can most likely get 50-80 miles depending on your speed, but first you've got to put the fuel in the tank.
You fuel your body with food. On an average hourly walk you most can likely get 3 miles depending on many factors such as height, weight, age, terrain, surface, load, culture, effort, and fitness.
Here is a thought to ponder. How long will that fueled car keep going if you aren't providing proper maintenance and upkeep? Not long I'm sure. 
Our body needs fueling with proper maintenance. Eat clean and be healthy. 
It's time to "Overhaul" our engines!!!
