You fuel your body with food. On an average hourly walk you most can likely get 3 miles depending on many factors such as height, weight, age, terrain, surface, load, culture, effort, and fitness.
Here is a thought to ponder. How long will that fueled car keep going if you aren't providing proper maintenance and upkeep? Not long I'm sure.
Our body needs fueling with proper maintenance. Eat clean and be healthy.
It's time to "Overhaul" our engines!!!
