Dance in the Rain

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. Its about learning to dance in the rain.

Today was a rainy and windy, cool and damp day, and one spent indoors, but not an unproductive day. My day got off to a great start doing my daily morning devotional. I completed 3 tasks due for next week, made phone calls to family, prepared some meals to freeze and spent my evening with husband discussing old movies, new movies and the end between movies. I even had time to do some house chores. Now to top the evening off with a bit of telivision and late evening book reading. 

I choose to make every day the best I can, regardless of what obstacles surround me. It is merely choosing to enjoy the day instead of wishing it away.

"It was a good day," I told myself.
