Day #5 is History

So, I have made it through FIVE days with no coffee. Seeing no change in how healthier I might feel..many say coffee is bad for you. Not so in my case. However, I sleep better. I can't really get motivated until after noontime. Now that sucks because my day is half over. Maybe tomorrow will be more enlightening. I can say that each day gets easier, but I can also say, I do love my coffee. Hanging on for the 21 days.
