I have come to the conclusion after day #3 of "no coffee" that giving up something you really like has its challenging moments. The withdrawal symptoms are real! However, I did not have the bad headaches or the grumpiness that are common with Caffine withdrawal, but I did have some side effects. Yesterday on just my 2nd day I could not get my body in gear. I was so tired and lethargic. My digestive system seemed to "go on strike". I listened to my body and rested. I drank lots and lots of water while making sure to get plenty of sleep.
I find that I may have hit my stride on
Day #3. I have not topped the hill yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.
