Day #2 of 21 without coffee.
I have decided to blog this journey and record my daily reactions to this fast from coffee. 
Why am I giving up coffee for 21 Days? 
I actually LOVE the taste of a well brewed cup, how I relax after the first cup, how coffee clears my foggy head, and so on and on. However, I could  never see the results of what I thought would be health-wise had I not started and given up those foods I was held hostage to. 
This is just another challenge within myself. I want to see if I am captivated by the coffee or simply its flavor and learn to enjoy it in moderation.
