I find no shame in modifying an exercise so long as I complete the movement. Finding myself battling the onset of a sore throat and laryngitis. Dry, cold weather is never my friend. Still I completed today's workout, Upper Fix.
Healthy choices in meal planning have kept the cravings at bay. I almost forgot to eat breakfast this morning but when I began to feel weak it dawned on me. My body needs nourishment.
Now it is time for my favorite meal of the day....Shakeology.😋
